Went to the gym after a dimsum lunch to KILL THOSE CALORIES!!!! In the process I think I nearly got myself killed 😂 first time using a proper gym with everything including the exercise ball, BOXING, weights and those big machines!!! Wow ofc I was so amazed I was hopping around and trying everything. Managed to make a loud noise and attract all de ~attention~ wowzzzzz dis girl first time in gym tks!!!
Decided to start w some cardio (LOL 10min), step up machine!!! Switched up to level 10 and I think that was a bit too much for me lol. Also, my heart rate (if displayed correctly) is rly too paiseh lor, throwback to the days where I was ONCE FIT 😦 nvm slow and steady!!!

Did some weights w 2/4kg dumbbells HHAA thank god there weren't many people there to witness my fails. I gotta start somewhere ok!!!!
I ended up doing quite a lot of weights for my arms (tricep dips, the duo arm thing etc) and the thing for love handles LOL sorry idk the proper names man. Also did squats and sumo squats!!! For dat bootyyyyyy heh
I hate this machine!!! Asked thw trainer at the gym how to use cos I couldn't for the life of me figure it out and after he demonstrated once I did it and MADE A LOUD BANGING SOUND cos I didn't know it was so heavy LOL!!! #firsttimerprobs and ended up smiling awkwardly to the rest of the gym users…sorry lor I also suffered some muscle aches OK!!!!
Only did 30 of the back exercises w 30pounds (MINIMUM LIAO OTL)
And may the muscle aches be in my favor tmr BYE
